About Our Owners
MaxxResto is owned by James and Valerie Lane, and was formed in 2022. Prior to this, the owners operated a very large portfolio of services under one umbrella company, Diversified Service Group, Inc. Tor reduce redundancies and increase operational efficiencies, MaxxResto was formed to handle all mold & environmental projects, and Priority Roofing & Repairs was formed to handle all roofing services, and Diversified Service Group, Inc. remained to provide core services to REO and large real estate clients.
The owners of MaxxResto have 22 years of excellence in the construction and environmental industries. Having entered the environmental industry prior to the introduction of the IICRC’s first mold remediation standards (S520), we have been at it for a long time now! What sets us apart is our perpetual commitment to continually learning and better understanding how mold, bacteria, viruses and other indoor contaminants affect the built environment, and the best ways to neutralize and remove these unwanted contaminants.
James M. Lane, co-owner and President of MaxxResto, possesses an in-depth understanding of mold in the built environment, how mold forms and spreads in the built environment, how to remove and remediate mold in the built environment, and how to prevent future problems with mold and other contaminants in the indoor environment. Mr. Lane has held an ACAC Certified Microbial Consultant designation since 2011. The ACAC CMC is the most stringent and thorough mold consulting certification available, and is the only mold consulting certification available in the indoor air quality industry that carries a Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB) accreditation.
Mr. Lane also possesses an IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician certification, an IICRC Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician certification, and an all lines insurance adjuster license in multiple states. In the past. Mr. Lane has been designated as a state of Arkansas Licensed Mold Investigator, an ADEQ-Certified Meth/Clandestine Lab Decontamination Contractor/Supervisor, an ADEQ Licensed Asbestos Abatement Contractor/Supervisor, a certified Lead Paint Renovator & Supervisor license, and an OSHA HAZWOPER 40 (Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response) certification.
Valerie Lane, co-owner of MaxxResto, possesses an unmatched understanding of project management implementation and site program management. Mrs. Lane possesses a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is highly experienced in the fields of healthcare marketing, project management, site program management, vendor management, and more.
