Mold Testing & Remediation
Determining exposure to mold or its harmful byproducts such as mycotoxins begins with a properly conducted mold inspection. A thorough mold inspection will determine if an indoor space has been negatively impacted by molds or other harmful contaminants. Without a proper mold inspection, it is nearly impossible to determine if a mold problem exists or if exposure to mold has or is occurring.
Once it has been determined that an environment or space has been negatively impacted by the presence of mold, a specialized removal process known as mold remediation is conducted. To be done properly, mold remediation involves specialized knowledge, equipment and processes. The goal of mold remediation should always be the physical removal of mold growth, mold spores and their byproducts from the indoor environment.
